Beginner Dive Lessons for ages 5 and up
Children learn basic skills in a step-by-step, 7 level system that
will teach your child how to dive with safe progressions.
No prior diving experience necessary, but the child must be able to swim. You will be able to compete in diving meets after you finish level 3 of the program.

A year-round program that develops strength, technique, and endurance. This also includes advanced swimming skills, stretching, drills, and techniques related to competitive swimming.
Participant must be at least 8 years of age and:

Previously been enrolled in this program
OR
Try-out with Coach Andres.

Try-outs are available on Tuesdays between 5:45 and 6:15 p.m. for anybody 8 and older who has never been enrolled before, No appointment is needed.

Online registration is only available to swimmers who have previously been in the program. New enrollees must register in person the first month.

Equipment required: Swimming fins, goggles and a swim cap. Boys must wear brief or jammer swim suit. No board shorts allowed.

Parent & Child I/II - 30 minutes
Ages 6-36 months
Children learn basic skills through blowing bubbles floating, kicking and other swimming skills.

An adult must be in the water with the child.
Child MUST wear a swim diaper.

Helps participant feel comfortable in water. Skills include back float, treading water, coordinating arm and leg movements, and age appropriate water safety.

LEVEL II: Fundamental Skills - 45 minutes
Ages 6 - 12
Builds on skills learned in Preschool Aquatics OR Learn to Swim Level I. Learning objectives will include enter water by jumping, floating front and back, and changing direction of travel.

LEVEL III: Stroke Development - 45 minutes
Ages 6 - 16
Course will build on skills learned in Fundamentals II. The dolphin and breaststroke kicks will be introduced to prepare for the butterfly and breaststroke swimming.

LEVEL IV/V: Stroke Improvement & Refinement - 45 minutes
Ages 6 to 16
Course develops confidence and builds endurance in strokes learned in the previous classes and includes further coordination and refinement of all strokes. Skills introduced include: tuck and pike surface dives, and flip turns.

Course is design for teens and adults to improve foundation skills and strokes to gain an overall level of comfort in the water.
