The Fitness Center at the Aquatic Complex offers fitness classes designed especially for Coral Springs residents age 62 and up. The classes use state-of-the-art equipment that was developed for maximum muscle and bone density re-growth. A personal trainer and geriatric nurse will be teaching each session. The sessions are easy, upbeat and fun!

Classes are free ---- space is limited!
Proof of Coral Springs residence is required.

Registration for new enrollees begins on 6/15/26 at 8:30am and registration for current enrollees begins on 6/22/26 at 8:30am
