Museum Adult Art Classes - MUSADULT

Take your pinching, coiling, slab forming, and glazing skills to the next level with the support of an experienced instructor. Sessions include demonstrations, introductions of various techniques, and practice time under the guidance of the instructor, as well as glazing, firing, and access to the studio during scheduled open studio time.

Attendance to the first class and the glazing class is mandatory. You may bring your own tools or purchase them at the museum. Clay must be purchased from the museum. Includes glazing materials and weekly open studio hours. NO outside glazes unless pre-approved by Museum staff prior to use in the studio—contact the Museum to receive a form. Open studio times subject to change – call the front desk in advance to verify studio schedule. Prerequisite: Beginning Hand Building.
