Roots & Shoots Microgreen Farm was founded by Brianne Oliveira, a chef and master gardener with a deep respect for food, the earth, and the systems that connect them. She provides hands-on education and activities for all ages, teaching not only how to grow food, but why it matters. A dedicated Coral Springs community member and Rotary Club member, she helps connect the community garden and Rotary around sustainability, education, and access to fresh food.
Week 1: Planting Seeds — Plant seeds in small paper pot trays.
Week 2: Building Soil — Prepare and build our garden soil.
Week 3: Planting Seedlings — Plant our seedlings in the garden.
Week 4: Harvesting — Harvest from the plants we’ve grown.
