The Swim Coral Springs Open Water Race Lab will be held in the 50-meter pool at the Aquatic Complex, with no lane lines. There will be buoys in the water to simulate an open water/triathlon circuit.
Strategies for racing will include: Breathing Patterns, Swim Techniques and Intensity.
