Class will NOT begin until October 9
NO class on November 26 ( the night before Thanksgiving) and NO class December 24 & 31. Essentially class session ends on December 17.
MUST wear yoga socks or participate in bare feet.
Recommended to bring your own yoga blocks, Yoga mat, and straps and knee cushion are other options.
