Comic Books Workshop is an exciting 6-week class for young artists ages 9–12 who love to draw, imagine, and tell stories. Students will explore the world of comics while learning character design, facial expressions, action poses, page layout, speech bubbles, and visual storytelling. Participants will create their own heroes, villains, creatures, and worlds as they develop original stories and comic pages. Through guided lessons and fun drawing exercises, students will build confidence in their art skills while learning penciling, inking, and cover design. By the end of the workshop, each student will have their own original comic book and the skills to keep creating stories at home.
